Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure clarity and smooth planning for both our guests and Mersea Baga Beach Resort, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all confirmed reservations.
Full Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund – 25% Cancellation Charge
Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date will attract a cancellation charge equivalent to 25% of the total booking value.
Partial Refund – 50% Cancellation Charge
Cancellations made between 14 to 8 days prior to the arrival date will attract a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking value.
Non-Refundable Cancellations
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
Peak Season & Blackout Dates
Kindly note that all reservations falling between 23rd December to 2nd January are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
